I did personal training and small group training with my fiance. Justin was really good at creating workouts that were challenging and helped us get some really good results. He's very good at explaining why he chose each exercise, how to move your body to keep proper form and prevent injury, and helped us learn how to create our own workouts. He's moved away from us and we miss working out in a cantina.
