I’m thrilled to announce the 30-Day Walking Challenge, starting Monday, January 20th, and running through February 18th. This is the perfect opportunity to start the New Year with movement, motivation, and some friendly competition!
How It Works:
1. Track Your Steps: Use your smartphone, smartwatch, or fitness tracker to log your steps daily.
2. Post Your Progress: Share a photo of your daily step count here in the forum by the end of each day.
3. Climb the Leaderboard: Every week, I’ll update the Weekly Leaderboard so you can see how you’re ranking and use it as motivation to step up your game.
4. Stay Engaged: Interact with others, share tips, and encourage each other throughout the challenge.
The Prize 🏆
The participant with the most steps by February 18th will win a 5-session personal training package – your choice of in-studio or virtual via Zoom – valued at $325!

Check the forum every day for walking tips, motivational posts, and helpful reminders to keep you inspired and on track. I’ll be here to help you every step of the way!
