Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies At LaCantina Gym, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: 1. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. - Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of that session. 2. Rescheduling Policy - Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. - In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact Coach Justin directly to discuss possible rescheduling options.
