Our training begins with a comprehensive 15-minute warm-up, incorporating cardio, stability, and mobility exercises to prepare your body for the workout ahead. Following the warm-up, we transition into a customized weightlifting session that targets both upper and lower body strength. Each workout concludes with a meaningful finish and a thorough cool-down, ensuring optimal recovery and maximizing the benefits of your training. Cancellation Policy

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, please adhere to the following cancellation and rescheduling policies: 1. **Cancellation Policy** - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. - Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of that session. 2. **Rescheduling Policy** - Rescheduling requests must also be made at least 24 hours in advance. - In case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, please contact Coach Justin directly to discuss possible rescheduling options.
